Each year, alumni spend countless hours supporting Saint Joseph's University through recruiting, fund-raising and networking efforts across the country. The SJU Alumni Association recognizes outstanding alumni for their commitment to the University.
The Saint Joseph's University Alumni Association's most prestigious honor is presented annually to a loyal alumnus/a of singular, distinguished accomplishments in his or her chosen field and pays recognition to the founder of the Society of Jesus.

Rev. Joseph S. Hogan, S.J. Award:Presented in the name of Rev. Joseph S. Hogan, S.J., to an individual for "the exemplification of Christian principles and outstanding loyal service to Saint Joseph's University."
Ignatius Award: Recognizes a graduate within the last 20 years who has devoted efforts in the service and promotion of Saint Joseph's University, or has lived a life of "service for others" consistent with the principles of Saint Ignatius Loyola.
