Vice-President for Membership


The powers and duties of the Vice-President for Membership shall be:

  • Represent the Association at University functions.
  • Attend all meetings of the Officers and the National Alumni Board.
  • Lead projects of the Executive Committee in consultation with the NAB President with the purpose of identifying potential NAB members, orienting new members, fostering best practices among members, and facilitating community-building initiatives for members.
  • Serve as the liaison and/or co-chair of a committee of the Alumni Board.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Association President.
  • Serve a two-year term as Vice-President for Membership.

Vice-President for Strategic Initiatives


The powers and duties of the Vice-President for Strategic Initiatives shall be:

  • Represent the Association at University functions.
  • Attend all meetings of the Officers and the National Alumni Board.
  • Lead strategic initiatives and projects of the Executive Committee in consultation with the NAB President with the purpose of advancing the effectiveness, mission, or affairs of the Alumni Board.
  • Serve as the liaison and/or co-chair of a committee of the Alumni Board.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Association President.
  • Serve a two-year term as Vice-President for Strategic Initiatives.

Vice-President for Philanthropy


The powers and duties of the Vice-President for Philanthropy shall be:

  • Represent the Association at University functions.
  • Attend all meetings of the Officers and the National Alumni Board.
  • Lead projects of the Executive Committee in consultation with the NAB President with the purpose of advancing the philanthropic efforts of the Alumni Board.
  • Serve as the liaison and/or co-chair of the philanthropy committee of the Alumni Board.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Association President.
  • Serve a two-year term as Vice-President for Philanthropy.

Secretary


The powers and duties of the Secretary shall be:

  • Represent the Association at University functions.
  • Attend all meetings of the Officers and the National Alumni Board.
  • Maintain the calendar of all meetings and events concerning the National Alumni Board.
  • Communicate with membership on behalf of the Executive Committee, including the preparation of reports relating the work of committees and the minutes of all meetings.
  • In the absence of the Association President, preside over meetings as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Association President.
  • Serve a two-year term as Secretary.
